How can I claim the warranty?

Additionally, courier charges and labor fees for dismantling and reinstalling will be charged separately. What is the warranty period?
The DVR and cameras come with a 2-year warranty. The hard disk included in the package also comes with a default 2-year warranty. If you prefer a 3-year warranty for the hard disk, you can select this option in the customize section and upgrade the HDD accordingly.
