Shipping Policy
BuyCCTVs.com provides FREE SHIPPING to customers all over India. As a dealer, you pay the shipping charges when dispatching from your location. Your shipping cost will be reimbursed additionally with your payment — so bid your product fulfillment price only; do not add shipping to your bid.

Invoice Policy
All packages must go out with BuyCCTVs.com's invoice only. Do NOT include your own bill, invoice, brochure, or business card in the package. We will provide the invoice.

No Customer Contact
Zero direct contact with the customer at any time. All communication goes through BuyCCTVs.com only. Violation leads to immediate suspension.

Payment Terms
70% of your bid amount released after successful delivery confirmation. 30% released after the 7-day return window closes with no issues. Payment via Bank Transfer or UPI. Your shipping charges reimbursed separately.

Before dispatch: upload product photos, packing photos, and shipping bill details via your dealer portal.

Each order has a bid deadline (typically 24 hours). Submit before the countdown ends. We select the best bid based on price, tier, and track record.
