Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery date.
Eligible Returns
- Damaged or defective product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Product not matching description
- Missing parts or accessories
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or used products
- Tampered or opened packaging (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to misuse
Return Process
- Email support@buycctvs.com with your order number and photos
- We respond within 24–48 hours with approval and instructions
- Ship the product back after approval
Return Shipping Cost
If the product is defective or wrongly delivered — we bear the shipping cost.
For other reasons — buyer bears the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Amount is credited to the original payment method.
Warranty
All products carry manufacturer warranty (1–2 years by brand). Warranty claims after 7 days are handled through manufacturer support.
