Return Policy

1. Seven-day return window

Request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Contact us and obtain approval before sending anything back; unauthorised returns may be refused.

2. Eligible reasons

• Damaged or defective on arrival.
• A wrong product was delivered.
• The product materially differs from the description/specifications displayed when ordered.
• A part or accessory stated as included is missing.

3. Product features and purchase decisions

Review the title, description, specifications, images and compatibility before ordering, or ask us for pre-sale help. A feature not listed as included—such as a built-in microphone, audio recording or two-way audio—must not be assumed to be present.

If the product matches the listing but the customer later needs a different feature, model or specification, it is treated as a change-of-mind return, not a defective or misdescribed product.

4. Non-returnable conditions

• Installed, activated, altered or customer-damaged products, or use beyond reasonable inspection.
• Tampered serial numbers/warranty labels, or missing original product contents.
• Unapproved or late returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Return process

1. Send the order number, reason, photos and an unboxing video where available.
2. We normally respond within 24–48 business hours with troubleshooting and return instructions.
3. After approval, pack the item securely with box, accessories, manuals and invoice.
4. We inspect it after receipt and process an approved refund under the Refund Policy.

6. Return shipping and deductions

For an eligible defective, transit-damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed product, BuyCCTVs bears the reasonable return cost and makes no shipping/payment-processing deduction.

For an approved change-of-mind or incorrect-purchase return where the product matches the listing, actual forward shipping, return shipping and any payment-gateway charge genuinely non-refundable to BuyCCTVs may be deducted.
