Shipping Policy

1. Service area and shipping cost

BuyCCTVs ships to serviceable PIN codes across India. Standard shipping is currently free unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout or agreed for a special order.

2. Dispatch and delivery estimates

Orders are normally dispatched after payment and stock verification. Estimated delivery is generally 2–7 business days, depending on availability, destination, courier capacity, weather, holidays and operational conditions. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Independent delivery partners

Shipments may be carried by India Post, DTDC, Shiprocket and/or another courier or last-mile partner selected for the destination. A courier named on the booking label may use an authorised partner in some locations. Tracking events and delivery-attempt records are created by these independent providers and may occasionally be delayed or incomplete.

BuyCCTVs will help trace a shipment and raise an escalation. Contact us promptly if tracking stops progressing or a reported delivery attempt did not occur.

4. Customer delivery responsibilities

The customer must provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number, and respond to reasonable courier calls, messages or delivery attempts. For post-office collection or hold-for-pickup shipments, the parcel must be collected within the carrier’s allowed period.

5. Failed delivery and Return to Origin (RTO)

If delivery fails because the customer refused the parcel, did not respond to documented attempts, did not collect it, or supplied an incorrect/incomplete address, the parcel may return to BuyCCTVs. After we receive it, the customer may choose:

• Re-dispatch after paying the actual re-shipping cost and any previous RTO cost; or
• An eligible refund after deduction of actual forward-shipping, return/RTO and genuinely non-refundable payment-gateway costs.

If delivery failed solely because of a courier error, BuyCCTVs will arrange an appropriate re-dispatch or eligible refund without customer-caused RTO deductions.

6. Lost or damaged in transit

Report visible package damage promptly and record an unboxing video where possible. If the carrier confirms loss or transit damage, BuyCCTVs will arrange an eligible replacement or refund after investigation.
