Cancellation Policy

1. Before dispatch

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been packed, handed to a courier or specially procured/configured, we will cancel it and initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method.

2. After dispatch

An order cannot normally be cancelled while in transit. If it is no longer wanted, it must first return to BuyCCTVs and will then be handled as a customer-caused return under the Return and Refund Policies.

Actual forward shipping, return/RTO and any payment-gateway charge genuinely not refunded to BuyCCTVs may be deducted.

3. Cancellation by BuyCCTVs

If we cancel because an item is unavailable, cannot be supplied as described or cannot be dispatched, the customer receives a full refund without deductions.

4. Refund timing

Before-dispatch refunds are normally initiated within 2–3 business days. After-dispatch cancellations are processed only after the returned parcel reaches us and is verified. Banks/payment providers may need additional time to credit the amount.
