1. Using this website
By accessing or ordering from buycctvs.com, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful content.
2. Product information and suitability
We aim to keep titles, specifications, images, compatibility and included accessories accurate. Minor packaging or appearance changes may occur without changing the stated function. Please confirm suitability before ordering.
3. Price, payment and order acceptance
Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance is completed when we dispatch the order. We may contact you to verify an order or cancel it for stock, pricing, payment, fraud, legal or delivery-serviceability reasons. If BuyCCTVs cancels a paid order before supply, the eligible amount will be fully refunded.
4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery is performed by independent courier, postal or last-mile providers. Timelines are estimates. Customers must provide a complete address and reachable phone number and respond to reasonable delivery or collection requests. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns, refunds and cancellation
Eligibility, time limits, inspection and order-specific costs are governed by our Return Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
6. Warranty and installation
Manufacturer warranty, where offered, is subject to the product/brand terms and serial-number verification. Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible power supply, misuse, alteration, liquid, surge or physical impact may not be covered. Professional installation is recommended where appropriate.
7. Website content and intellectual property
BuyCCTVs branding and original website content may not be copied, republished, sold or used commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks and product materials belong to their respective owners.
8. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, service interruptions outside our reasonable control, or loss caused by misuse or incompatible installation. These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu may hear disputes, without restricting any consumer forum or remedy available under applicable law.
