Not every organization has the specialized skills required for CCTV surveillance system upkeep. As authorized partners of HIKVISION, CP Plus, and Dahua, we possess the expertise and technology to support you in maintaining your CCTV systems. To ensure optimal performance, we offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for CCTV Surveillance Systems at a competitive price of ₹350 per unit.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for CCTV Surveillance System (Non-Comprehensive)

  • Period of Contract: Valid for one year from the date of signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on AMC. Renewable annually based on satisfactory service and adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Payment Terms: Payment for all AMCs is made annually or bi-annually in advance.
  • AMC Includes: Travel costs and maintenance of the CCTV surveillance system, including 9-48 scheduled visits (unlimited in case of breakdown) for camera visibility tests, DVR/NVR recording tests, DVR/NVR settings verification, and disk error checks. Services and connectors are included in the AMC. Stand-by CCTV is provided on a best-effort basis, even in non-comprehensive AMC.
  • AMC Excludes: Physical damage to any part of the system caused by anyone other than our authorized staff. Part replacements are not covered under Non-Comprehensive AMC. Password resets, product relocation, and data backup services are chargeable.
  • Service Tax: Excludes state or central government service taxes.
  • Working Hours: Maintenance work is typically done during customer working hours. Emergency maintenance may require work beyond office hours or on holidays with prior arrangements.
  • Final Authority: The head of the organization offering the AMC has the final authority for payments.

Rates & Charges

  • HD CCTV and DVR: ₹350* per unit
  • IP CCTV and NVR: ₹500* per unit

Limitations

  • Minimum AMC amount is ₹7500 for one location, which may include a combination of all products at the same location.
  • Scheme is limited to schools, hospitals, offices, and showrooms. Not applicable for home users, who can opt for services on a chargeable basis at ₹500 per visit.

Inclusions and Services

  • Parts and Labor: No service charges during the AMC period.
  • Onsite Service: One year of onsite service to maintain your system in working condition.
  • Part Replacement: Faulty parts are replaced with standby products; the original parts are restored once repaired.
  • Monthly Visits: Monthly visits by technical representatives for system checks, with unlimited visits in case of breakdowns.
  • Maximum Downtime: 24 working hours to fix issues after receiving complaints, with prior notice for delays due to uncontrollable reasons, subject to client approval of extra charges.
  • Training/Demo: Not included in the AMC but can be arranged on a chargeable basis with advance notice.

Exclusions & Exceptions

  • Physical tampering, relocation, and password issues.
  • Physical damage to any part of the system.
  • Wire cuts for any reason.
  • Direct exposure to fire or water (except outdoor cameras).
  • Unauthorized tampering or damage due to short circuits, fire, or theft.

Customized AMC for Large Sites

  • Dedicated Staff: Deployment of engineering/diploma holders based on site requirements.
  • Compliance: Staff with ESIC, PF, and minimum wages compliance as per Government of India rules.
  • Consumables: Including or excluding consumables based on requirements.
