Installation – Terms and Conditions
- The installer will bring any additional wiring required and complete the job. Cable and laying charges will be extra, and the cable brand may vary depending on product availability in your location. However, our installers will always strive to provide the best product for the customer.
- Installers work includes installation and commissioning of CCTV, cable laying, mobile configuration for remote viewing, and guidance on playing recorded videos.
- Note that any additional accessories not provided in the product box, such as Rack, HDMI Cable, Internet Cable, Monitor, Router, Extender, Power Adapters, Camera Stand or any additional products / services (like polishing or repairs), will incur extra charges.
- Ensure that the customer arranges for Power Points, Pipes, Pole, and any necessary civil work. Additional charges may apply if these tasks are completed by the installers.
- In some locations, travel expenses for the CCTV technician will be additional.
- Installation service may not be available in all locations
- In some areas, customers may need to arrange a local technician
- We provide complete remote technical support for setup and configuration
