We cover installation support in most locations across India. However, in some areas, installation service may not be available.
Installation is NOT carried out by BuyCCTVs.com staff.
We help customers by arranging third-party professional installers.
After placing your order:
- Our team will check installer availability in your area
- We will connect you with a local installer
- Installation charges will be shared directly based on site conditions
BuyCCTVs.com does NOT charge separately for installation.
You pay the installer directly after confirming the quote.
If installer service is unavailable or the quote is not suitable, you may choose any local technician for installation.
Product delivery is NOT dependent on installation availability.

To avoid false requests and ensure smooth coordination, installation booking is processed only after order confirmation.

If any product develops an issue under warranty, our service engineer will inspect Call / Email / Direct the product.
Service Engineer Troubleshooting will be done with the help of the manufacturer via Call / Email / Official Website.
If the product is not repairable on-site, it will be sent to the company service center via courier.
- Courier charges and any additional expenses must be borne by the customer.

The manufacturer will repair or replace the product as per their warranty policy.
If spare parts are required during this process, we can arrange them on request.
- Spare part costs will be charged additionally.
We do not manufacture any products; all items are sourced directly from manufacturers.
