Refund Policy

1. Refund eligibility

Raise the request within the 7-day window in our Return Policy. Eligibility depends on the return reason, product condition and inspection result. This policy does not reduce statutory consumer rights.

2. Full refunds

An eligible full refund without shipping or payment-processing deductions is provided when the product is defective/damaged on arrival, the wrong product was supplied, stated contents are missing, or it materially differs from its listing at purchase.

3. Customer-caused or change-of-mind returns

If the product matches its listing and the return results from a change of mind, incorrect purchase decision, refused delivery, failure to collect, incomplete/incorrect address, or another reason not caused by BuyCCTVs, actual forward shipping, return/RTO and any payment-gateway charge genuinely not refunded to BuyCCTVs may be deducted.

4. Processing and payment method

Refunds are normally initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product reaches us and passes inspection. Refunds go to the original payment method. Banks/payment providers may take additional time to credit them.

For an RTO or undelivered shipment, refund or re-dispatch processing begins only after the parcel returns to us or the carrier confirms its final status.
