Product Listing and Management

Vendors are allowed to list only CCTV related products, such as CCTV Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, AV Hard Disks, CCTV Cables, and CCTV Accessories. Only products directly related to the CCTV industry will be accepted on BuyCCTVs.com.

Vendors can list their products on BuyCCTVs.com for sale to customers. All product listings must be accurate, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. Vendors are responsible for managing their inventory and updating product availability.

Additionally:

  • Choose the correct category and brand when listing products.
  • The recommended image size for product listings is 500 x 500 pixels upto 100KB.
  • If your product offers COD, ensure to add the upfront percentage value in the COD Advance Payment panel in the product section.
  • Do not include any shipping information, as shipping is always free on BuyCCTVs.com.

What is Advance Cash on Delivery (COD)?

COD with Extra Protection for Vendors

At BuyCCTVs.com, we’ve added an extra layer of protection for vendors when offering Advance Cash on Delivery (COD). In some cases, customers may return products after selecting the COD option, which can be costly for vendors. To reduce product returns and protect your interests, we’ve introduced the Advance COD option.

With this option, customers who choose COD must make an advance payment upfront. As a vendor, you can set the percentage of this advance payment in the COD Advance Payment option within your product panel. This feature helps ensure commitment from the customer and significantly reduces the likelihood of returns.

By using the Advance COD option, you maintain control over the upfront payment, while still offering the flexibility of COD to your customers.

  • For COD orders, an advance payment of the product value may be collected upfront from the customer.
  • The advance payment will be credited to the vendor’s account once the product is delivered.
  • The remaining COD amount will be collected by the logistics partner and settled with the vendor within 7 working days after the delivery.

At BuyCCTVs.com, offering Cash on Delivery (COD) is optional. If you prefer not to offer COD for your products, you can simply skip the COD Advance Payment option in your product panel. This allows you to provide only full payment options at checkout, simplifying the purchasing process for both you and your customers.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Vendors can offer free shipping to make their products more attractive to customers.
  • With free shipping through our logistics partners, you don’t have to pay for shipping costs—it’s completely covered by us!
  • For every order, vendors are responsible for shipping the products to customers using BuyCCTVs.com’s logistics partners.
  • Vendors must ensure timely dispatch and delivery of the products in accordance with the delivery timelines agreed with the customer.

Commission Fees

  • BuyCCTVs.com charges a 10% commission on the total value of each order.
  • The commission will be deducted from the payment received from the customer.

Payment Withdrawal Request

Vendors can request payment withdrawal for their orders as per the following process:

  • Withdrawal Timeline: Upon requesting a payment withdrawal, the order amount will be processed and transferred to your account within 24 hours.
  • Commission Deduction: A 10% commission will be deducted from the total order amount before the payment is transferred to your account.
  • Eligibility: Only completed and successfully delivered orders are eligible for withdrawal.
  • Payment Method: Payments will be made through the Bank linked to your account
