Welcome to BuyCCTVs.com! These Vendor Terms and Conditions outline the rules and requirements for becoming a vendor on our platform. By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility to Become a Vendor

  • To become a vendor, you must register on BuyCCTVs.com and provide accurate information about your business and products.
  • BuyCCTVs.com reserves the right to review and approve vendor applications at its discretion.

2. Product Listing and Management

  • Vendors can list their products on BuyCCTVs.com for sale to customers.
  • All product listings must be accurate, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
  • Vendors are responsible for managing their inventory and updating product availability.

3. Commission Fees

  • BuyCCTVs.com charges a 10% commission on the total value of each order.
  • The commission will be deducted from the payment received from the customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Vendors can offer free shipping to make their products more attractive to customers.
  • With free shipping through our logistics partners, you don’t have to pay for shipping costs—it’s completely covered by us!
  • For every order, vendors are responsible for shipping the products to customers using BuyCCTVs.com’s logistics partners.
  • Vendors must ensure timely dispatch and delivery of the products in accordance with the delivery timelines agreed with the customer.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • For COD orders, an advance payment of the product value may be collected upfront from the customer.
  • The advance payment will be credited to the vendor’s account once the product is delivered.
  • The remaining COD amount will be collected by the logistics partner and settled with the vendor within 7 working days after the delivery.

6. Full Payment Orders

  • When customers pay the full amount upfront, the total payment will be credited to the vendor’s account upon successful delivery of the product to the customer.

7. Installation and Service Requests

  • Vendors have the opportunity to provide installation and maintenance services to customers, in addition to product sales.
  • Vendors can earn additional income from these services, which will be processed through BuyCCTVs.com.

8. Payment Withdrawal Request

Vendors can request payment withdrawal for their orders as per the following process:

  1. Withdrawal Timeline: Upon requesting a payment withdrawal, the order amount will be processed and transferred to your account within 24 hours.
  2. Commission Deduction: A 10% commission will be deducted from the total order amount before the payment is transferred to your account.
  3. Eligibility: Only completed and successfully delivered orders are eligible for withdrawal.
  4. Payment Method: Payments will be made through the payment method linked to your vendor account.

9. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must ensure that all products sold on BuyCCTVs.com are of high quality and meet the standards set by the platform.
  • Vendors are responsible for addressing customer inquiries, returns, or complaints related to their products.
  • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the sale of goods and services.

10. Termination of Vendor Account

  • BuyCCTVs.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor’s account if there is any breach of these terms or if the vendor is involved in fraudulent or unethical practices.

11. Modifications to Terms

  • BuyCCTVs.com reserves the right to modify these Vendor Terms and Conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • BuyCCTVs.com will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred by the vendor due to delays, miscommunication, or other circumstances beyond its control.
