The Dahua DHI-NVR1108HS-S3/H is an eight-channel compact Lite Series NVR for modest IP CCTV installations. It supports compatible camera streams up to 8MP and provides 80 Mbps incoming, 80 Mbps recording and 60 Mbps outgoing bandwidth.

The recorder decodes up to four 1080p channels at 30 fps, stores footage on one HDD up to 8TB and outputs HDMI/VGA simultaneously at up to 1080p. Smart H.265+, ONVIF, RTSP and mobile access support practical everyday operation.

Compatibility, bandwidth and AI planning

Before ordering, total the main-stream and sub-stream bitrates, required live-view layouts, simultaneous playback, display resolution, analytics and retention. Maximum camera resolution does not mean every channel can be decoded at that resolution simultaneously.

The 80 Mbps incoming limit must accommodate all camera main streams. Maximum 8MP camera support does not provide simultaneous eight-channel 8MP decoding.
