Installation Terms & Scope of Work:
Included Cable: Your package includes a set length of cable. If additional cable is needed on-site, the installer will provide and lay it at an extra per-meter charge.
Additional Accessories: Extra materials not in the package (e.g., extra cameras, server racks, routers, HDMI cables) can be provided by the installer at an additional cost to complete the setup.
Piping & Conduits: PVC pipes, conduits, and casing channels are the customer\\\\\\\'s responsibility. You may provide them, or the installer can supply them at actual material cost.
Civil Work: Any civil or masonry work required during installation must be arranged by the customer, or can be handled by the installer for a separate fee.
One-Time Fee: The installation fee is a one-time charge for the initial setup. Future site visits for maintenance or troubleshooting will incur standard service charges.
Service Support: Post-installation service requests will be attended to within 24 to 72 hours based on technician availability. Where possible, minor network or configuration issues will be resolved remotely.
